• Architectural and structural modifications
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations
• Carpentry, flooring, and painting work
• Installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Project management and supervision

The specific services, timeline, and project details will be outlined in the individual contract provided to the client.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is subject to change due to variations in material costs, changes in design, or unforeseen conditions.
• Any additional work or changes to the project not outlined in the initial scope will be subject to a separate charge, and written approval must be obtained before proceeding.

Payment Terms

• The payment structure will be as per the agreement signed by both parties.

Project Timeline

• We strive to adhere to the project timeline, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather, supply chain issues, etc.).
• Any changes to the project completion date will be communicated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing access to the site during the agreed-upon working hours.
• Any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities must be secured by the client before project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The client must ensure the site is clear and ready for work to begin on the start date.

Design Changes and Approvals

• Any changes to the design after the approval of the initial plans must be communicated in writing. Changes may affect the overall cost and timeline.
• We will not proceed with any major alterations without written consent from the client.

Liability

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government actions.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work, and we shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

• We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under the contract if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or any other event deemed force majeure.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, plans, and other intellectual property created during the course of the project remain the property of Masterpieceinteriors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the designs and drawings for the sole purpose of the agreed-upon project.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing, and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Confidentiality

• We and the client agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including pricing, design, and contract details, except where disclosure is required by law.
